These are genuine monoculars, spy glasses or pocket telescopes from the late 19th Century.
They are not binoculars that have been cut in half as one often sees.
The single draw tube on each one has a lip to prevent the tube coming out of the barrel when focusing.
The straight-sided model is signed :

The leather on the other model has been re-glued.
Both in very good condition overall.
