As you will see immediately, one pair has a broken cross-bar between the oculars. The dioptric eyepiece focusing is also stuck.However, they are optically OK, just in need of cleaning.
The other pair is a lightweigtht model - 565 gr as opposed to 710 gr
It is not perfect either, as some of the vulcanite is missing, and some is cracked.
