This is the classic lens shade for the Ernst Leitz 5cm f3,5 lens that was fitted to Leica screw cameras from the 1930's to the 1950's and later.
I beleive the version is known as "FISON".
It is in great condiion with very little sign of use.
Can be shipped by small packet rate, but this would have to be at the buyer's risk as it won't be nearly as protected as a shipment by parcel post.
